If you are a new or returning player for the Spring 2024 lacrosse season, go to the form at the following QR code. You'll be asked to provide your name, grade, phone number, position, email, various uniform sizes, parent contact info, etc. This will help ensure that we are set to start the season, and that we keep you updated with important information.
